• Payment information:handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage information:basic technical data needed to operate the Service securely and reliably.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service: tracking your CE, evaluating it against your renewal requirements, and producing audit records.
• To read details from your certificates using automated processing (see below).
• To communicate with you about your account, including renewal and compliance reminders.
• To process payments and manage your membership.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

3. Automated processing of certificates

To save you manual data entry, we use artificial intelligence to read the details from the certificates you provide. This processing is performed only to extract and organize your own CE information. We do not use Your Content to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

• Stripe:to process payments;
• Postmark:to send and receive email, including inbound certificates;
• Our cloud hosting and storage providers:to run the application and store your certificates.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

5. How we store and protect your information

Your certificate files are stored in encrypted object storage, kept separate from your other account data, and access is restricted to operating the Service for you. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to any records we are required to keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can access and update much of your information from within the Service, and you can export your records at any time. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.

8. Cookies

Our marketing pages are kept cookie-light. Within the application we use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is intended for licensed professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
